1. Waiver of one-time setup fee for Singapore SMEs*
The
one-time setup fee of S$ 1,200.00 (inclusive of GST) has been fully waived for Singapore registered SMEs in support of the Budget 2026's initiative to accelerate AI Adoption and enterprise digitalisation.
A Singapore registered and headquartered SME is defined as a business entity having registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) in the Republic of Singapore with a valid Unique Entity Number (UEN). A valid UEN is required during registration of SME360™.
2. Minimum commitment period
A minimum commitment period of three (03) months applies to all SME360™ plans.
3. Commission of AI platform, setup and activation
SME360™ platform will be setup and activated within one (01) working day from the date of registration and payment of first month plan's fee (including one-time setup fee, if applicable). The registered management account holder will receive an automated notification informing on the account's activation.
4. Billing and subscription
All prices indicated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of prevailing GST. SME360™ plans are offered on a monthly subscription basis and are automatically renewed on a monthly basis, unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy after meeting the minimum commitment period.
The monthly billing cycle will commence from the date which your account has been activated, and will automatically be billed to and deducted from your billing account.
5. User access, support and training
The management account holder will be able to assign license to the individual user account(s) based on the number of available licenses in accordance with the subscription plan selected.
In-person onboarding and training (including team specific training, if applicable) at SME360™ training centre is provided as part of the activation process and preferred schedule can be selected through the SME360™ business platform after account activation.
