AI Resume Generator @ Community Jobs Fair
Across two community jobs fair, we customised and deployed an AI Resume Generator for residents to support job seekers in enhancing their employability and readiness for the modern workforce.
Many job seekers face challenges in preparing professional resumes that clearly present their skills, experience and strengths. Through the customised and in-house developed AI Resume Generator, participants were able to generate structured, professional resumes instantly using AI, guided by intelligent prompts tailored to their work history, career goals and industry. The system transforms basic information into well-written resumes aligned with employer expectations where the digital copy of resume is delivered directly to the resident's WhatsApp.
This initiative significantly reduces barriers for individuals who may lack access to professional resume writing services or career advisory support. By providing immediate, personalised resume generation on-site, participants were empowered to apply for jobs more effectively and engage employers with greater confidence.
