Automated HR
An automated HR that answers staff questions about leave entitlements, benefits, expense policy and the employee handbook, grounded in the enterprise’s own HR documents. Available 24/7. Reduces routine queries hitting the HR team without exposing the document set to public AI services.
Internal IT helpdesk agent
A support agent that triages incoming requests, resolves common issues from the internal knowledge base, opens tickets in the ITSM system on escalation, and tracks resolution through the operating dashboard.

Customer support agent

End-to-end contract operations: templated generation, redlining intake, signing flows, archival and search. The document body never leaves the platform’s perimeter. Integrated with the enterprise’s storage and signing providers.

Intelligent document processing that extracts structured data from incoming PDFs, scanned forms and unstructured submissions, routes them through the operating workflow, and surfaces exceptions to the right reviewer. Used for claims, invoices, applications and onboarding documents.

Association & council platforms
