The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
