Global Market Access

The Singapore Central Business District skyline reflected in Marina Bay — TKH Global Group’s Asia hub and the strategic launchpad from which we help enterprises and ventures expand into global markets

Cross-border expansion, built on partnerships and networks

We support enterprises and ventures in expanding beyond their domestic markets, through strategic partnerships, ecosystem enablement and the international business networks that make cross-border growth possible. Singapore is our base and the strategic hub from which we operate, equally well positioned to take Asian companies global and to bring international companies into Asia.

Global expansion is not won by a market-entry slide deck. It is won by relationships, regulatory know-how, on-the-ground operating capability and access to the right counterparties in the right markets. We bring a curated network of corporate partners, ecosystem players, government-linked relationships and operating contacts across ASEAN to the world, serving as the connective tissue an enterprise needs to land successfully in a new geography.

The approach is integrated. The same team that designs the entry strategy mobilises the partnerships, opens the conversations, sets up the operating structure and stays alongside as the venture scales. Strategy without execution does not move enterprises across borders; nor does execution without strategy. We do both, with accountability for the operating result, not just the introduction.

What we deliver

Engagements are shaped to the enterprise, its target markets and the commercial stage it is operating at, from a first international footprint, through regional consolidation, to truly global presence. The capability areas below are typically combined in any given programme.

Market entry strategy & advisory

Country and segment selection, competitive positioning, go-to-market design and commercial structuring, grounded in current operating conditions, not generic market reports.

Strategic partnerships & joint ventures

Identification, negotiation and structuring of partnership, distribution, licensing and joint-venture arrangements with credible local counterparties, the partners who can carry the venture once it lands.

Corporate & ecosystem networks

Curated access to corporate buyers, channel partners, government-linked organisations, industry associations and platform ecosystems across the markets we operate in, the network where deals actually move.

Regulatory, licensing & operating set-up

Entity establishment, licensing, regulatory and compliance set-up, banking and corporate-secretarial arrangements, the operating foundations a venture needs in place before it can transact.

Talent & on-the-ground capability

Mobilisation of country leadership, commercial teams, advisory boards and operating partners, the people who run the new market presence day-to-day.

Capital introductions & strategic transactions

Introductions to strategic and financial investors, support for cross-border M&A, and structuring assistance for the corporate-development moves that often accompany international expansion.

Singapore as the hub, the world as the map

Singapore is our base for a reason. As the operating hub for much of corporate Asia, it is the most efficient launchpad from which to access ASEAN to the wider region, providing an equally credible base from which to expand westward into the Middle East, Europe and the Americas. Many of our engagements use Singapore as the structural and operating centre while the commercial activity happens in the destination market.

Every programme begins with a market and partnership review and ends with the venture operating in the target geography. In between, we sequence the work, entity set-up, regulatory groundwork, partner introductions, team mobilisation, first commercial wins, with regular operating reviews so the enterprise can hold the programme to its commitments and its commercial targets.
