Onboarding is included on every plan. The TKH team configures the platform, integrates the enterprise’s systems, deploys the first agents and automations, and stays alongside as operating capability grows. Annual billing saves around two months compared to monthly billing.

All plans include

Private Enterprise AI posture. Your data, prompts, embeddings and outputs stay inside your boundary. Never used to train public foundation models.

Singapore-hosted by default. Data and operations stay onshore unless an alternative hosting arrangement is agreed.

TKH onboarding included. Setup, configuration, first deployment and team training delivered by the in-house engineering team.

Common questions

How long is the contract?
Annual contracts are standard on Small Business and Enterprise. Multi-year terms are available on Enterprise and Custom plans with negotiated discounts. Month-to-month is supported on Small Business at the higher monthly rate.
Is the Small Business plan PSG-eligible?
APPSG.AI is being submitted for IMDA Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) listing. Eligible Singapore SMEs may receive a partial subsidy of the platform fee. Contact us for the latest status and a quote that reflects the subsidy.
Can we upgrade between plans?
Yes. Upgrading from Small Business to Enterprise or to Custom is a configuration change, not a data migration. Existing deployments, branding, integrations and operating history carry across.
What happens if we exceed the included allowances?
We contact you before any hard limits and recommend either a plan upgrade or an allowance top-up. The platform does not auto-charge overages without explicit agreement.
How is payment handled?
After registration the TKH team contacts you within one business day with onboarding details and a secure checkout link. SGD invoicing via PayNow Corporate, bank transfer or credit card. Annual invoices are issued on signing; monthly invoices on the same calendar day each month.
