TKH Global (“TKH”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (the “PDPA”) and other applicable data protection laws.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect and retain personal data through the tkhglobalgroup.com website and any subdomains operated by us (the “Website”), and in the course of our business engagements with you and the enterprise you represent.

This Policy applies to (a) the operation of the Website and (b) direct interactions with TKH including enquiries, plan registrations, business correspondence, event participation and on-site visits to the Experience Centre. The processing of enterprise data within the appsg.ai™ platform is governed separately by the data processing terms in the commercial agreement entered into between your organisation and TKH.

2. Personal Data We Collect

TKH operates a business-to-business model. The personal data we collect is principally the business contact information of representatives of enterprises that engage with us. Personal data we may collect include:

  • Contact information: name, business email address, telephone number, job title, employer, country of operation.
  • Enquiry content: the message, area of interest, plan selection, partnership or visit request, and other information you provide via the Website’s forms.
  • Visit information: when you visit the Experience Centre or attend a TKH event: name, organisation, and the purpose of the visit.
  • Website usage data: IP address, device and browser identifiers, pages viewed, referring URL, time of access, and similar information collected through cookies and analytics technologies.

The Website is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18 through the Website.

We will respond to your request within the time periods required by the PDPA. A reasonable fee may be charged for access requests in accordance with the PDPA and the Personal Data Protection Regulations.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative and physical measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. These include access controls, encryption in transit, secure development practices and regular review of our security posture.

No security measure is completely impenetrable. In the event of a data breach involving personal data we hold, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and, where required, affected individuals in accordance with the data breach notification obligations under the PDPA.
